Coddlet is an AI pet coach for cats and dogs. It helps you plan everyday care, keep records, and get specific suggestions. Access requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add about your pet.
Not veterinary care
Coddlet does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a veterinarian. Health guidance is cautious observation and triage. If your pet may be in danger, contact a professional.
Plans, credits, and refunds
Free, Pro, and Lifetime plans are described on the pricing page. C-credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. You can cancel or change a subscription from the Creem billing portal. Changing between monthly and yearly Pro creates a new full-price checkout. Previously paid amounts are not refunded. Unused time stays on the account: monthly to yearly adds one year to the remaining end date, and yearly to monthly adds one month. The previous subscription is canceled after the new payment succeeds. A scheduled cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase when less than 10% of the current allowance has been used.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the coach, attempt to extract hidden system instructions, or use Coddlet to harm an animal or another person. Coddlet may limit or close accounts that burn usage in bad faith or violate these terms.
