Yes. Free includes one pet profile, the core daily coaching experience, and 1,000 C-credits refreshed each month. No card is required.

C-credits cover AI work such as coach conversations, photo understanding, memory upkeep, document recall, and reports. They refresh monthly and do not roll over. If you run out, AI conversations, proactive tasks, and reports pause, while manual records, saved photos, and deterministic schedule reminders keep working.

Both include the same care features and 13,000 C-credits refreshed each month. Monthly is $15 with more flexibility; yearly is $160 upfront, equivalent to $13.33 per month and saving $20 each year.

You can cancel and manage billing from the Creem Customer Portal. Switching from monthly to yearly Pro is a new $160 checkout; the unused monthly time stays on your account and one year is added to that remaining end date, then the old monthly subscription is canceled. Switching from yearly to monthly is a new $15 checkout that adds one month to the remaining end date. Previously paid amounts are not refunded. A scheduled cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Your pet records remain safe, although only the profiles included in the new plan stay active. Yes. Lifetime is a one-time $500 payment for ongoing lifetime features and 15,000 C-credits refreshed each month. Unused Pro time is not credited; after the Lifetime payment succeeds, Coddlet cancels the previous Pro subscription.

No. Coddlet offers cautious observation and triage guidance to help you decide what to watch and when to contact a professional. It cannot diagnose conditions or replace a veterinarian.
